Ursa, Shell[/b], - Shell Deepwater Production is the operator and holds a 45% interest in Ursa. BP Amoco has a 23% interest, and Conoco and Exxon each hold 16% in the project. The Ursa field is located approximately 130 miles southeast of New Orleans.
