Espoir, CNR[/b], - is leading production facility for oil & natural gas for Cote dIvoire, is situated in the block CI –26, located 19 km offshore of Jacqueville, 60 km southwest of Abidjan, in water depths ranging from 100m to 600m

























The Espoir field development by operator CNR is located CI-26 in West of Africa offshore Cote d'Ivoire

in water depths of 600 m.





CNR with its partners started development of the Espoir field in 1982.

The recoverable reserves are estimated to 93 mmboe. Number of subsea wells are 7. The production year is

2002 with a daily production estimate of 35,000 bopd. The Espoir project is based on a

subsea solution with EspoirFPSO topside solution. The development cost is in the order of with an estimated field life of 20 years.
