Åsgard, StatoilHydro[/b], - field lies on the Haltenbank in the Norwegian Sea, about 200km from mid-Norway and 50km south of Statoil's Heidrun field.

























The Åsgard field development by operator StatoilHydro is located 6507/11 and 6407/2 in North Sea offshore Norway

in water depths of 240-300 m.





StatoilHydro with its partners started development of the Åsgard field in 1981.

The recoverable reserves are estimated to 830 million barrels . Number of subsea wells are 51. The production year is

1985 with a daily production estimate of 200,000 barrels. The Åsgard project is based on a
